A/C neither collect nor process personal data related to children younger than 16 years of age without the expressed permission of their parents or guardians.
If the personal data regarding a child have been collected on our Site, the parents or guardians can block the use by contacting us immediately.
4. THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING YOUR DATA
Your personal data is used by A/C with your consent and/or with the legitimate interest of A/C based on the fact that the Site has been made available to offer services related to:

A/C goes to great lengths to choose its sub-contractors. They also have a commitment to protect your data.
TOOLS FOR DATA ANALYSIS
Google Analytics – We use this data analysis tool on an internet site provided by Google Ireland Limited. This service uses cookies that allow us to analyze your use of our Site. The data generated by these cookies is related to your use of the Sites, including your IP address (the ID of your line), which allows the data to be transferred and stored by Google on their U.S. servers. Google does not match your IP address with other data that Google has. It is not technically out of the question for Google to be able to identify the occasional user based on the data obtained. It is conceivable for certain personal data and other user profile data from Google’s own sites to be used for purposes that are not under our control. What compounds this data protection issue is the fact that the data is transferred to servers in the United States.

Hotjar – we use this web analytics tool. It is supplied by Hotjar Ltd. This service allows certain randomly chosen users to record their interactions anonymously on the Site. Mouse movements and click activity are recorded in order to determine which pages on the Site could be improved. Hotjar also uses cookies. In order to prevent any form of direct identification of users, IP addresses are recorded and processed anonymously. The data collected is never personalized and it will not be transferred to any third party. If you do not want to be tracked, you can disable all internet sites that have integrated Hotjar in your browser. A/C commits to keeping your personal data for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data is collected in the first place. And in doing so, we are compliant with the statutory data retention requirements applicable for certain categories of data.
8. SOCIAL NETWORKS
You will find social network links on the Site.
If you are already connected to the corresponding social media networks, when you click on those links, you will be connected to their services and, as soon as you click on the button, the chat box will allow you to be able to share content directly. If that is not the case, you will be requested to contact the social media networks.
It is your responsibility to monitor the security and confidentiality settings in the those social networks. The same applies to their terms and conditions.
